Good Tree offers one bedroom apartments and studio floor plans. You furnish your studio or apartment with your cherished belongings, or we can arrange for assistance with your decorating.

Good Tree accepts Long Term Care Insurance.

For the same low monthly fee each assisted living apartment includes:

  • 24-hour security system
  • 24-hour emergency call service
  • private bath
  • kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and built in cabinets
  • spacious closets
  • basic phone service and utilities
  • individually controlled heating and air-conditioning
  • smoke/fire alarm and sprinkler system
  • free laundry facility in each wing
  • use of tastefully decorated community areas including private dining room and formal living room with fireplace.
  • covered porches and use of garden areas

    Other services available for a nominal fee include:

  • assistance with meals, dressing, movement, bathing and other personal care
